Our aim is simple, help drivers deliver their maximum potential whilst having fun to bring out the very best side the sport has to offer!
Upon its creation in 2008, the team rapidly established a reputation of being able to work with newcomers to the sport to develop them into race & championship winners in a very short space of time!
Since then the team has gone on to also work with well established drivers to enjoy continued success showing that our approach is both flexible & professional enough to get the best out of any driver.
At present the team boasts a wealth of experience & knowledge, matched by our passion & love for the sport. Our staff have enjoyed National/European or World level success as either a driver or race mechanic (for instance, one is a 3 time British Champion whilst another is a former World Champion!). A number of them are still active drivers which enhances our ability to provide up to date setup advice & driver coaching.
